Really good sports massage by Gary, I'm training for a marathon, so the leg massage has readily loosened the muscles up. Gary also is helping my mum to rehabilitate after a Mary fall

Fantastic treatment. Dom is very knowledgeable and experienced. He unknotted muscles I never knew existed and dealt with every problem area thoroughly whilst ensuring he knew my boundaries. The stretches he achieved from my old broken body after the massage were amazing! I feel more supple than I have in years. Highly recommend.

The sports and deep tissue massage was firm and really helped relieve the tension in my back. Great massage and stretches afterwards. Would definitely recommend.
