I cannot recommend Amy highly enough! Never experienced a deep tissue massage quite like it - Amy knows what wrong with your body before you do! Amazingly warm and genuinely down to earth. I do look forward to our regular sessions where I leave feeling lighter and with stunning posture thanks to her magic! Please book that appointment- you will not regret it! Best in the business!

Fabulous this is my second visit to Ampha for a lymphatic drainage massage . Ampha is a lovely person and amazing and so knowledgable at her job. I came out feeling great and felt the benefit of the massage . Would recommend to anyone who is thinking of getting one . Five stars from me .

My first time visiting Amy and I rebooked there and then for a second appointment- yes she is that amazing! Such a cosy and relaxed atmosphere and great communication throughout to really put you at ease. Such a beautiful person and the massage was sensational and relieved pain and tension in my back I had been battling with for too long! Cannot recommend Amy’s services enough and looking forward to my next visit.

First time at Ark Massage therapy. From the outset Andrew was polite and courteous. Discussion around what back issues I was having; explanation of what the session would involve with deep tissue massage and mobility work. During the session, excellent mindfulness shown in checking that I was comfortable and content with deep tissue pressures. Excellent ambiance and venue was suitable. Follow up care was given re stretches to carry out for future mobility work. Would recommend fully.

Amazing lymphatic drainage and c section scar massage. I had my first baby 4 months ago via unplanned c section and was blown away with the results after just one massage. The massage instantly removed any tenderness that I had around the incision. I’ll definitely be back for a second treatment.
