I had an amazing session with Gav at Glasgow Rehab & PT. He was incredibly knowledgeable and explained everything clearly, making me feel completely at ease. Brilliant experience. Very welcoming atmosphere. Where Gav really shines is on the gym floor where he can apply his skills and knowledge to put together a comprehensive rehab plan tailor made to your goals and abilities. I left feeling relaxed from the massage but also much more confident now going into the gym and can't wait to come back next month to re-asses.

Gav checks before he starts any areas of concern then tailors his massage to address them. He checks all through massage that you are feeling right effect. Came away feeling that my niggles had been addressed and future massages would be working to build in good work done

Gav is easily one of the best in the business. Bear in mind you’re not there to relax, he gets in exactly where you’re sore & tight and he will set you on the road to recovery or for me for preventative maintenance.
