Pennie is really professional and very welcoming. She applied the right amount of pressure and really got to the problem. She also gave me some great advice on what I should / shouldn't be doing, to aid the healing process. I am confident my massage will have helped with my hamstring injury.

Another great treatment from Louise. Back training after 3 weeks out of the gym and I was struggling to walk. Louise fixed that with a targeted sports massage focusing on my glutes, hamstrings and calves combined with some lower back work.

Pennie is lovely, very professional but friendly and chatty. This was my second session and already starting to feel the benefits of a top quality sports massage.
