My shoulders and neck felt much more relaxed and noticeably less tense afterwards. Communication was excellent from start to finish, making the whole experience comfortable and professional. Lauren was warm and friendly so I felt comfortable despite it being my first time meeting her and she really helped me with some of the pain that I've been dealing with in my shoulders (an issue that I've had on and off for over a decade). She's actually the only person that I've been to that's managed to target my 'knots' properly. I still have pain radiating from my right shoulder but I have more flexibility and movement in my neck and arms than I did prior to my appointment which is amazing! I'm definitely going to book in with her again and would highly recommend her services :)

I have been for my 2nd massage treatment and I'm feeling 10 times better. Lauren is very astute and considerate , and really gets to the root of the problem. Having knee trauma can be exhaustive , but Lauren by manipulation , therapy and kindness means your completely relaxed and you feel the benefits. I chatted today about my weight loss journey and I learnt so much about calories, weight control , real benefits to a healthier life. When you first meet Lauren , you just know you will get the best care , advice and a thoroughly professional approach. She discussed my condition in detail to be able to diagnose corrective action. She is calm and attentive , she converses very well and you feel totally relaxed. The soothing music, the gentle massage means at the end you feel rejuvenated and in my case a whole lot better. I was able to manipulate my knee with great movement and no pain , after only one session. I will return to Lauren as I have every confidence and trust in a continued fantastic job .
