Great massage for my back and shoulders. The therapist used techniques that released tension by applying pressure to acupressure points, and the results were immediate. My shoulders and neck felt much more relaxed and noticeably less tense afterwards. Communication was excellent from start to finish, making the whole experience comfortable and professional. I will definitely be booking again and would highly recommend!

Outstanding service from Millie, I’d booked a deep tissue massage after travelling for several days and it was just what I needed to relieve the pressure in my back, neck and shoulder muscles. Great value for money and very friendly team at the derby spa.

It was so relaxing and the best thing is that Ella spends so much time talking to you about how you should take care of yourself once you step out of the salon, she wants you to keep putting effort and shows you easy ways on how to maintain that relaxed, refreshing feeling until the next appointment.

My daughter and I had a very relaxing experience at Venus Beauty this afternoon. Lovely, professional ladies made us feel very welcome and relaxed. I had a back scrub and steep tissue back massage which was amazing and my daughter an Indian head massage and foot massage which she loved! I visited ALT BEAUTY for a Swedish massage and it was such a calming, peaceful experience. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was so relaxing and I felt completely at ease. Louise (the therapist) was so lovely and professional all throughout the treatment. She thoroughly explained the treatment and what treatment would help me in the future for other concerns I have. The treatment room, was so warm and cosy, made me feel relaxed. After my lymphatic drainage massage, I felt so much lighter, and felt my 'sluggish-ness' decrease aswell! I would definitely return again for this treatment with Louise.

I had the Ella Method facial yesterday and it did not disappoint! Ella’s facial massage skills were amazing, it genuinely felt like having a mini face lift yet the whole treatment was simultaneously so relaxing. My face was noticeably less puffy afterwards and my jawline looks much more defined and sculpted. Even today I can still see the effects! I know Ella puts great care and thought into selecting her products and you can tell- my skin is glowing and so soft today. I’m getting married next year and I’ll definitely be adding these treatments into my beauty prep leading up to the wedding!
