I've been seeing Elda and Irda regularly for massages and facials, and I can't recommend both Elda and Irda enough. They have such a calming presence and a true gift. Every session feels personalised taking the time to understand what my body and skin need, and I always leave feeling refreshed, relaxed, and well cared for. The massages are incredibly therapeutic, whether I'm dealing with tension, stress, or just need a relax. The facials with the pressure points are delightful. Sophie was welcoming & made me feel at ease right away. Lovely, purpose-built studio was very comfortable. The acupuncture was pleasant, with a relaxing head & neck massage/ manipulation. Felt more relaxed after.

Super happy with my first lymphatic drainage massage today. It was the first time I have had wood therapy and Em was very welcoming and informative on the treatment and made you feel relaxed. I have already booked my second appointment. If you’ve been thinking about this treatment just go for it. Highly recommend ☺️

My pregnancy massage was truly amazing, Sandra is very knowledgeable and made me feel so comfortable and at ease. Lovely environment. The consultation process was thorough and the massage itself was fantastic. At 38 weeks pregnant I feel so relaxed which is a real luxury. I wish I had done this sooner so I could fit more massages in before my due date.

I have been going to Amanda for a while now, after having knee surgery she has really helped with my ongoing pain, and she will adapt her massages to wherever you feel you need. But I really do enjoy the hot stone massages, very relaxing and you feel thoroughly relieved of any tension, stress and tightness. 100% would recommend her professional and lovely nature

I always come away from the massages I have at serenity station, feeling stress free, relaxed and also cared for. It’s a bit of ‘me’ time but also time to look after my body too.
