Sarah gave me the most amazing massage, a mixture of relaxation and sports. Very attentive in exploring what needed doing on the first session. Adapted the massage to my bodies needs. Asked questions and felt like there was great communication and that I was in joint control over what areas were targeted and to what degree. A knowledgeable and informative professional. Would highly recommend and plan to visit again

I continue to have a monthly deep muscle back massage with Sarah and find it very beneficial for maintaining a high level of movement

Sarah is very experienced and knows exactly what she's doing. I had a sports massage and sarah listened to me and explained exactly what she would do throughout the massage ensuring that i was comfortable atall times, using lots of oil and hot stones. So pleased I found her!
