Absolutely incredible massage experience, I’ll definitely be booking my mum in this week too. I just woke up from the deepest, most restorative nap afterwards. She genuinely has magic hands and knows exactly what she’s doing. You don’t even need to point out where you’re sore — she instinctively finds every knot and area of tension and works through it perfectly. I walked out feeling lighter, looser, and honestly years younger. My whole body feels relaxed, supple, and completely reset. One of the best massages I’ve ever had.

Had a neck and shoulders massage this evening and feel so much better. Demi was very attentive to ensure the correct pressure was applied, the environment was inviting and relaxing. The heated under blanket was an added bonus. Would definitely recommend anyone to try Demi, she was lovely and even offered me a glass of Prosecco for being her first client. Walked in a little scared of what was wrong, Lewis made me feel incredibly at ease, comfortably and relaxed. Explained everything to me, very knowledgeable about the human body. Started to work on my lower back, explaining everything he was doing, asking "if I was ok, is this hurting, would you like me to stop etc" I've had lots of work done on my back of the years, I've walked away happy, feeling like I can carry on with my life, gym and work, definitely made to feel like I have nothing to worry about. Brilliant post op lymphatic massages by Elizabeth. Elizabeth has been helping me work on my scars and the tissue surrounding them. I highly recommend Lymphatic massages after surgeries. I had a mummy makeover and arm lift and my body is already feeling so much better after lymphatic massages. The parking is easy and the space is lovely and warm and welcoming.

Had a really good sports massage with Lewis, focused mainly on my lower back. He took the time to ask a few questions first about where I was feeling tight and what my training load was like, which I appreciated. My lower back felt noticeably looser straight after, and I have way more movement the next day. He also gave me a couple of simple tips to help stop it tightening up again.
