I recently had the pleasure of experiencing a massage with Hayley, and it was absolutely incredible! From the moment she walked in and smiled, I felt relaxed. Hayley is very skilled and truly knows how to tailor the session to meet your needs. She used just the right amount of pressure and techniques to release tension and ease my muscles. I had a mix of hot stone massage and lymphatic drainage. When she left, I felt completely rejuvenated and light. Exceptional service! My partner had her massage before me and requested a light to medium pressure. She was thrilled, saying it was the best she’s ever experienced. The therapist nailed it perfectly. I, on the other hand, asked for a firm massage, and it was exactly what I wanted—intensely firm and expertly done. The therapist was highly professional throughout. We both left extremely satisfied and would highly recommend her services.

I am truly blown away by the massage I had with Hayley today. It was the best massage I've ever had. After three csections, my scar was causing me some discomfort. Hayley focused on this area as well as lymphatic drainage. I can already feel what a difference just one session with Hayley has made. I have been going to Flo for massage for a while. The experience is always good. She puts you at ease and checks that you are comfortable during the massage. The massage has helped enormously with the problem and Iam looking forward to building on that to improve my strength.

I have regular sports massages with Flo to help stay injury free for running. I always feel great after a massage and since working with Flo I've definitely seen a reduction in injuries and niggles, and when they do occur she knows exactly how to target them to help nip them in the bud (looking at you IT Band). She's also super friendly and will make you feel really relaxed and comfortable in the session. All in all a great service and very good value!

I had a fabulous relaxing massage today with Caroline. She was very thorough - made me feel really comfortable, checked my medical history and talked me through everything before she started. I have to say it’s the best massage I’ve ever had. Totally recommend it and also want to try reflexology for my next appointment!

I've used a fair few sports massage therapists over the last 20 years and Sue is by far the best. She is incredibly knowledgeable - always helps to ease the various aches and pains with her excellent massages. She recommends specific exercise for strengthening to help prevent reoccurrence. I can't recommend her highly enough!

Always an amazing massage from Sue. She makes me feel at ease despite having anxiety, and has so much knowledge and advice to give for after care so I can continue to run as pain and injury free as possible. I am happy to travel over 20 miles because I would not go to anybody else!

My feedback to Hayley was I’ve had a few massages in the past but they clearly weren’t massages because here deep tissue back, neck and shoulders was on a different planet !! Have already booked in again and can highly recommend Hayley , very professional and personable with it !!
