Very relaxing and thorough. She was very gentle and thoughtful especially regarding prior injuries and makes you feel comfortable. Had my first ever Colon Cleanse yesterday, after having four children and working in a industry that is quite stressful at times, it was amazing to see just only in one session how much toxins I was holding on to it was a relief to let it all go. Jamie my therapist was fantastic Made me feel so welcome and at ease straight away. Explained everything so well and had a good laugh which made things a lot more comfortable for me.
