What I really appreciate is how much effort she puts to find the best skincare routine for me—educating me on which serums, moisturisers, and SPF to use, and in what order. She even gives me samples to try at home. Highly recommend her!

Another amazing and rejuvenating facial session with Shona. My face was feeling very tight and dehydrated but after yesterday’s facial, it feels totally moisturised. Shona is honestly amazing. She included a complimentary LED session after my first facial session on Tuesday, which was such a lovely surprise. She gave me very helpful tips on what products I can use to lighten my hyperpigmentation. Really appreciate her attention to detail and taking time to explain everything very patiently. Amazing, so relaxing I fell asleep a few times! So friendly and knowledgeable, with plenty of fabulous advice to adjust my skincare routine. This was my first visit to Shona. She was amazing at taking the time to understand my super sensitive skin and chose to do a conservative, modified treatment until I have a diagnosis from a dermatologist.
