The BEST lashes and brows in Brisbane! Crystal always does the most amazing job of my lashes and brows, I feel so beautiful after every session. I have been seeing Crystal for my lashes and brows every 6 weeks for over a year now and cannot recommend her highly enough. A beautiful home based salon, extremely comfortable and welcoming and my eyes never once felt sore or stinging from the lash lift or tinting. The best!!!

I highly recommend Bureau of Beauty. Grace has done an amazing job with my lash lift and tint each time. It is a beautiful clinic with very friendly staff & a great music playlist in the background. You feel very relaxed while there.

I had a wonderful experience with Tamsin. I booked a microdermabrasion, hybrid brow stain and lash lift with tint, and absolutely loved the results. She was professional, friendly and made me feel completely relaxed throughout. As a Mother's Day gift, she also treated me to a mini facial massage, which was such a thoughtful touch. My skin was glowing, my brows looked amazing and my lashes turned out beautifully. Highly recommend booking with Tamsin!

I'm a smoker and my lips used to have dark spots, but not anymore! Thanks to my lip tattoo (touch up) they look lighter and brighter. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to enhance their smile.

I was very nervous before my lip tattoo because I’d heard it would be painful and cause swelling for days. However, Anna was incredibly experienced and talented, and the whole process was surprisingly comfortable. Despite my low pain tolerance, I’d rate the pain only 1/10, with some areas completely painless. Anna assured me her technique and needle type would prevent swelling, and she was absolutely right 5.5 hours later, I still have no swelling. I’ve already received so many compliments on the results and would highly recommend Anna to anyone considering tattoo work.

I was at Lume Haus Aesthetics this morning for a Jawline and Neck Contouring Treatment as well as a Lash Lift Tint and Nourish Treatment. The salon, as always, is clean and well presented and treatment beds comfortable with fresh linen. The treatments were carried out to the highest standard with a very pleasing outcome! I have more appointments in the coming weeks and months and will continue to support this business.

Erica is lovely. She takes the time to explain what her approach will be and what the results are likely to be. I was quite nervous when I first went but Erica put me at ease. Moved to Brisbane recently and started with a bad experience at the High Brow where they pick up the phone but won't say anything when I called to inquire. But Grace and Bureau of Beauty made it up for that horrible experience with not only talent and skill at getting a perfect brow but overall sweetness and professionalism. I had the most wonderful experience at Lume Haus! I went in for a henna brow tint and honestly, the service was second to none. From the moment I walked in, I felt so welcomed and comfortable – even with my son in tow, which was never an issue. My first appointment with Letitia for lips & I am over the moon. She is FABULOUS; already a beautiful girl, with the loveliest personality, but also a perfectionist in her work; so kind; thorough in explaining every step; constantly checks if your are comfortable & OK with everything as she goes along & genuinely interested in how you are,,,,,, she listens to anything you might feel unsure about and makes the whole experience comfortable. I won’t lie, the lip procedure is ‘nippy’ like tiny continuous pins, but not unbearable. I could not fault anything about it. Fabulous. 💋

I’ve been getting lash lifts for years, some really good ones but I’ve never had the results I had with Crystal. She was friendly and professional but above that, she’s SO good at what she does! Also my lashes tend to easily drop afterwards but we’re almost a week after my lift and they look freshly done! Will always come back when I’m in Brisbane! Thank you so much.
