Caryn is very friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. I am not a person who is comfortable with having someone touching my face but Caryn talked me through each step and helped me relax. I'm just starting vascular treatment for rosacea and am excited to see how the treatment will transform my face and confidence. Treatment on a couple of blood spots and thread veins on my nose worked like magic! I'll never be someone to get a facial to relax but I feel more at ease about getting help with my skin care and would book in for more treatments as needed

Absolutely lovely treatments- I had a full body Swedish massage followed by a facial. Both were amazing but the facial even more so- I almost fell asleep! Skin feels lovely today too.

Caryn was brilliant, from the minute she welcomed me in I felt comfortable and at ease. Everything about the treatment was explained to me and she regularly checked in to see I was okay to continue. Treatment was amazing and I’m super happy with the results, and that’s before it’s healed. Caryn was like a fountain of knowledge when it comes to skincare and our inner workings and I absolutely loved blethering and taking on board the knowledge she provided. Highly highly recommend!

I had the Microneedling and skin booster treatment today for the first time. Natalie explained every step of the procedure and I was pleasantly surprised at how relaxing it was. Natalie always makes me feel so welcome. She is very knowledgeable about skincare and was able to recommend a micro needling treatment for my skin issues. Procedure was very enjoyable and skin now feels very fresh and glowy. Aftercare and repeat treatments discussed, Natalie gave recommendations to get the most out of my treatments with no pressure on booking back in until the next treatment was really needed.

Thank you Margo for yet another wonderful facial. I highly recommend the non surgical facelift. It’s a very relaxing treatment and leaves my skin soft, smooth, plumped up and most of all, glowing, so much so that I feel confident enough to go without make-up. I feel that Margo has her clients’ best interests at heart, understands their concerns and has the knowledge and experience to be able to advise which treatment will work best to give to give us all the desired effect. Lovely experience, ok the microneedling part is not without a bit of discomfort but the luxury facial more than makes up for it. Expected my face to be sore/red after. It really wasn’t painful and just a bit red after. Thoroughly recommend and booked in for treatment 2. :)

I had an amazing 30-minute Dermalogica facial specifically tailored to meet my needs. The staff were very knowledgeable and offered advice and information on products, as well as suggestions on how to improve my skin. I came out feeling relaxed, pampered, happy, and refreshed.
