I don’t really do reviews but i know they help others when choosing the right counsellor etc Kate is simply amazing at what she does, the care, support and knowledge she has is incredible! Ive certainly showed some different sides to me in sessions and shes cared for every side, but also calls me out on some of my bullsh*t too which i needed. If you’re in need of a counsellor then id 100% recommend Kate. Ive come so far with her and i know we’re gonna get to where i want to be. Shes one of the only people i trust and you can go in there and not be judged. You wont be disappointed 😌

Makia was warm and friendly and her space is very calm and inviting. I had a glorious 90 minute bodywork session yesterday and Makia managed to alleviate the pain I’d been having in my back and shoulders for over 6 weeks. Magic! Highly recommend.

​I was a bit hesitant and nervous before my first colonic irrigation session, but the experience exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was clean, serene, and welcoming. Alison was exceptionally professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate. She took the time to explain every step of the process beforehand, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt completely comfortable and at ease throughout the entire session. Hygiene and client comfort were clearly top priorities. ​I highly recommend booking a treatment here and I will definitely be returning.

Leanne provides an outstanding kinesiology service. When I arrived, I knew I wasn’t feeling like my best self, but I couldn’t clearly identify what was out of balance. I did the focused back massage, Maggie was incredible. I know I have a lot of tension, and I’m just one session, she was able to gently but firmly move through the nodes— focusing on specific areas of clear tension. Highly recommend. Professional, focused, and attentive to client specifics.

I had the 60-minute full body massage with the 30-minute head massage, and it was excellent. Maggie was amazing! She checked in throughout the session to make sure the pressure was just right and worked incredibly hard to target all of my problem areas. I left feeling so relaxed and refreshed. Went for several bioenergy treatments with Ciara to help with low energy following negative life episodes. Felt an improvement after the first session which continued throughout the remaining visits. Certainly in a more positive place now. Would highly recommend talking with Ciara to explore what treatment she advises.

I had a Bowen/Reiki session last night and honestly woke up feeling so much lighter today. My nervous system feels calmer and more at ease, which is exactly what I needed. Lisa was incredibly in tune with me throughout the session and really understood that I’m needing some extra support around balance and looking after myself at the moment. We also had a really helpful discussion about what’s best moving forward, which made me feel supported rather than overwhelmed. I’m so grateful for the space she holds. I highly recommend if you’re feeling out of sync or needing some grounding and care.

Just had an amazing sports massage with Benji and would highly recommend him. He took the time to listen carefully to my areas of concern and focused on relieving the tension where I needed it most. He immediately put me at ease with his professional and friendly approach. I could definitely feel the benefits of the treatment afterwards, with less tension and greater ease of movement. Benji is knowledgeable, attentive, and tailors the session to your individual needs. I'll certainly be booking again.
