It was good. The stylist was very gentle with my hair throughout the detangling, blow-drying, and braiding process, which is something I struggle to find in Accra. She also accommodated all my preferences (no gel, no oil, etc.). I’m really happy with how my hair turned out. I’ll be back!

Twist and Locs is excellent at handling natural hair. I have enjoyed the service thoroughly. As a person with extremely thick hair, I’ve had to endure the torture of traditional salons pulling at my roots and then telling me to perm or texturize. This has been the most bearable, and dare I say, most wonderful experience. As I speak, I’m induced by the sweet minty burn on my scalp and the scented of their conditioner in my twists. The fact that price is fixed beforehand is a plus for the kind of hair I have. And the staff are so fun. Mabel (my fellow Reggae fan) has such a soft touch.

I went in for the Elim pedicure and had such a great experience from start to finish. The customer service was honestly 10/10—very attentive, warm, and professional. What really stood out for me was the level of care and attention to detail. During the service, they identified an ingrown nail I hadn’t even noticed and handled it so carefully and expertly. That alone made the experience feel very thorough and reassuring. The whole appointment felt thoughtful and well-executed. Definitely one of the best pedicure experiences I’ve had—I’ll be back for sure.

I had a great experience. I had made an appointment to get passion twists but ended up getting small box braids, instead, with a pretty shade of silvery salt and pepper. Braids were beautiful done by a team of braiders led by Rita. It took less than 3 hours.:)

My first visit to Beauty Technicians was late last year where Amma the Stylist was exceptional ! She gave me a much needed hair cut which has since seen my hair flourishing and growing back to its current length. Today I had yet another amazing experience with Mercy who gave me a rod set I am loving so much. Olive you have such an amazing ambience at your salon and I can't wait to come over and over again !!
