What an absolute gem of beauticians. I had the mos amazing facial. Products felt incredible in my skin and the techniques of massage to apply the products were so therapeutic and relaxing. I was lovely and warm under heated blankets on a heated bed with a gorgeous candle scent with relaxing music and a very ambient atmosphere.

The best facial I have ever had! I was so so relaxed, Rebecca has the perfect pressure and perfect touch. She was so friendly yet still professional. My skin was glowing afterwards too! I also had an lvl lash lift afterwards - Rebecca is an absolute perfectionist, they look lovely and give a real wow! Thank you xx

I had the best experience at Petite Retreat with Ashleigh. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel completely at ease with her warm and friendly attitude. She took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and provided expert advice tailored to my needs. The treatment itself was flawless. Ashleigh’s attention to detail and skill were evident in every step. My facial was gorgeous, I left feeling refreshed and relaxed. The salon is clean and has a relaxing atmosphere, making the whole experience even more enjoyable (it also smells amazing!! ) I’ll definitely be returning!

I've been to a few beauty therapist in my time for my facials but no-one beats Lucia in her warm, professional ,perfectionist manner and who always gives that little bit more for you to float out the salon relaxed,pampered and with amazing skin ,nails,lashes,brows,waxing and I haven't found a product that matches Germaine either.5⭐️

It’s lovely to see Rachael’s new business has taken her to one of the best postcodes in Harrogate, central, easy to park and lovely premises. As usual, my builder gel and brow treatments were exceptional, I highly recommend Rachael’s talent. Fabulous treatment . I tried one of the new facials that are about to be launched. What a treat. A total ritual . Loved it from start to finish. Beautiful Organic range of products. The treatment included a wonderful steam as part of the exfoliation just delightful. A nourishing mask . A wonderful experience with a super therapist Definitely recommend you trying this ritual.

I'm really happy I visited Lucy at Novu Harrogate. I needed some good gel application for my weakened nails. She was gentle and meticulous with cuticle work, gave me great advice, and applied BIAB with care and precision. I was also served tea and biscuits, and even though I was a last-minute client on a Friday night, I didn't feel rushed. The place is clean and looks professional too.

A much needed back massage and facial. The perfect amount of pressure used actually felt like a massage rather than a tickle. Amazing smelling oils this was my first appointment will definitely be back for more.

Amazing ! Becca is an extremely professional, warm and friendly therapist . Her facials are utter bliss , she does the most incredible LVL lashes and I’ve also started going for her reflexology treatments , which are out of this world . So relaxing ! I would 100% recommend .
