Fabulous treatment . I tried one of the new facials that are about to be launched. What a treat. A total ritual . Loved it from start to finish. Beautiful Organic range of products. The treatment included a wonderful steam as part of the exfoliation just delightful. A nourishing mask . A wonderful experience with a super therapist Definitely recommend you trying this ritual.

I'm really happy I visited Lucy at Novu Harrogate. I needed some good gel application for my weakened nails. She was gentle and meticulous with cuticle work, gave me great advice, and applied BIAB with care and precision. I was also served tea and biscuits, and even though I was a last-minute client on a Friday night, I didn't feel rushed. The place is clean and looks professional too.

I have been seeing Lucia for years and she is amazing! She is incredibly warm & welcoming, and her waxing is the best in Harrogate.

Really lovely and informative with practical advice on skin care routine with the products I love. All round a very relaxing experience!

It’s lovely to see Rachael’s new business has taken her to one of the best postcodes in Harrogate, central, easy to park and lovely premises. As usual, my builder gel and brow treatments were exceptional, I highly recommend Rachael’s talent. Today I went to see Ashleigh at The Petite Retreat for a treatment ‘Deluxe chemical peel’. I found Ashleigh friendly, easy to talk and more importantly very knowledgeable. She definitely knows a lot about skin. After the treatment my face felt super smooth and fresh. I will definitely be back for more treatments :)

Nails 💅, & Gel toes with pedicure.. just bliss.. fabulous colours, "Donut"on my fingers & "In Bloom" on my toes. Pedicure was so needed, very relaxing 😌 I also have to mention Skin Care, which Emily has given me professional advice on & works with "Dermatologica. I will admit that the packaging/branding put me off as it didn't catch my eye, but I will admit it's the best skin care I have ever used. My skin feels amazing, will definitely keep using. Highly recommend to try. Perfect 🤩, thank you 🌷🥰
