I had such a wonderful experience at The Bothy – A Sanctuary by Ōm Holistic. Got the sugaring service. She was amazing and warm. The room was very clean and the soft music playing in the background was relaxing. We were chatting all through which helped me relaxed. Will definitely visit again and again. Also got a loyalty card after which I really appreciated.

What Alaine provides is far beyond "just" a massage. It is the beautiful location, the studio, the decor, the thoughtful little extra touches, the calm pace, the patience... it is everything. I have never been to a massage that has felt so relaxed pre and post... to be brought fresh berries and a chocolate with a choice of herbal teas and told to take my time. It really wasn't just words though, the feeling of warmth that Alaine offers is more than I have ever experienced in the massages I have had across the globe. What she offers is truly special and I can't wait to return! ✨️

I always feel so relaxed after a treatment from ōm Holistic but this felt like a whole different experience. Every single detail from arrival to leaving is thought of to set you at ease. The most beautiful thing for me was how the space was considered, with natural sunlight and soft textures throughout. The reflexology treatment was amazing as always, but this felt like the whole space was created to make me feel safe, grounded and relaxed. So incredible.

I recently attended the et al make-up launch and I was genuinely blown away by the products. I left feeling so glowy and radiant and purchased a number of products which I’ve been loving using at home. It goes on like a dream, lasts all day long (even after chasing two small children around in the heat!) and my skin feels so soft when I remove it. I can’t wait to build up my collection!

Alaine is truly incredible at what she does. She has such a natural gift for massage and always seems to know exactly where I’m holding tension without me even having to say a word. Every session feels like so much more than just a treatment it’s a deeply relaxing, restorative experience that I genuinely look forward to. My skin is glowing!! I've now had two session at Samantha's and at 36, I never even truly knew what my skin type was or what my skin really needed. I followed all the fads, spent hundreds of pounds on the latest most popular brands, snail creams and nothing really made any visible difference, or just made my skin break out, so I'd have to put it away and try something different again! It's month two of Samantha's facials, bespoke to my skin and what I need, using only the products she recommended and I've been living practically make up free. I feel so much more confident already, thank you!

I always feel safe and held when I visit the Bothy whatever treatment I have. This time it was Reflexology. I wish I could express it better but if you haven't tried it before, I can't rate it high enough. For me, it releases so much of what I don't know I am holding and Alaine always manages to know what is going on in my body before I tell her. Such an important part of finding time and putting myself first.
