There is no place like Sôlt Haus. The beautiful ambience and how welcomed I feel when I step through the doors. The hygiene is immaculate. The salt sauna is so relaxing and feels great for my muscles after a gym session. Highly recommend.

I had never been to a sauna before and it was such a lux and relaxing experience! Some me time they was definitely needed just to pause and receive . I even surprised myself and did the cold plunge also! Such a beautiful fit out . Really felt like I was on vacay somewhere on the Amalfi coast 😍

Beautiful experience at Sôlt Haus today. The space is clean, calm and welcoming, and the infrared sauna with halotherapy adds another level of relaxation. A great addition to the Northern Beaches wellness scene. Thank you Jen for creating such a special place in Mona Vale. We will be back.

Loved my experience at this sauna and ice bath spot. The facilities were clean, calming, and beautifully set up for total relaxation. The sauna was perfectly heated, and the contrast with the ice bath left me feeling refreshed, clear-headed, and re-energized. The staff were warm and welcoming, and the whole vibe was just right. Began my day with a glorious sunrise and ocean swim, then thawed out beautifully in the infra-red sauna. Forty-five minutes of quiet warm time to myself - bliss. The premises are clean, Jen is lovely to talk to and it's a great place to spend some self-care time on a winter morning.

I needed peace and relaxation and what better way to do it than a salt infrared sauna. It's a lovely experience and Jen has everything you need.

Love the salt experience to clear my lungs - something I’ve never experience before in Infrared Sauna . Felt relaxed and happy.

This place is unreal, the vibe, the zen and the saunas are so roomy and luxe. Love it

Absolutely loved my experience at The Heal Zone! From the moment I walked in, the space felt calm, clean, and private—perfect for relaxing and unwinding. I tried the sauna and ice bath combo, and it was honestly the best reset I’ve had in a long time. Everything was self-serve but super easy to use, and I appreciated not having to rush or share the space with strangers. The 70min plus 40min session was just the right amount of time to switch off and recharge. Highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for a peaceful wellness escape in Avalon! Certainly coming back with membership. Thanks

Enjoyed the sauna and ice bath and was left feeling revived afterwards. Entire experience was wonderful aside from the fact that you find yourself having to shower up to ten times, every time before getting in the ice bath. This was a little annoying but all in all I had a good experience.
