Initially I just wanted to try the infrared sauna as I heard it was really good for the body and skin. I've been battling with acne and eczema for a while now and I just noticed less inflammation in my skin and my eczema has been behaving since I have done the infrared sauna. I reckon it is indeed worth the try. I keep coming back for another session every 2 or 3 weeks and it feels good! Anna and the staffs havebeen really great and the facilities were nice and tidy.

I highly recommend Wellness @ Wilston! My first time going Anna put me at ease. She has a wealth of knowledge and I found every visit I learnt something new in regards to health and wellness. It is a comfortable and private space and you will be put at ease straight away. :-)

Beautiful facility with beautiful staff. They really made me feel safe and calm and were very knowledgeable. It was my first colonic experience so I felt very anxious, but they talked me through the process and really helped calm my nerves. I felt comfortable in an otherwise discomforting experience (a colonic is a very strange feeling!). I HIGHLY recommend Wellness and Wilston and am really looking forward to continuing my journey back to full health with them

Starting this health adventure has been cathartic. My sleep has improved, my bloating has decreased, my hunger has faded.... overall feeling of wellness. I will be continuing on from my fourth colonic into a full parasite cleanse. The plan is to manage weight and fatigue. Watch this space. My husband is doing this with me and we both are feeling new. Just love Wellness @ Wilston. Organised a girls day out this time around. Cryotherapy, Colonics, Compression, Infrared sauna. Feeling fabulous!

I thoroughly recommend booking in treatments at wellness@wilston. This was my first colonic therapy, cryotherapy and compression therapy and the experience was very invigorating and healing. I loved the infrared sauna too.
