Initially I just wanted to try the infrared sauna as I heard it was really good for the body and skin. I've been battling with acne and eczema for a while now and I just noticed less inflammation in my skin and my eczema has been behaving since I have done the infrared sauna. I reckon it is indeed worth the try. I keep coming back for another session every 2 or 3 weeks and it feels good! Anna and the staffs havebeen really great and the facilities were nice and tidy.

First time i have tried the infrared sauna and my body feels so good after the 1st session. Will be back for another for sure!

I booked the new client package that included Cryotherapy, Lymphatic Compression, Colon Hydrotherapy and Infrared Sauna. The experience was amazing! Anna guided me kindly through all the treatments steep by step and made me feel calm and safe at every step.
