Initially I just wanted to try the infrared sauna as I heard it was really good for the body and skin. I've been battling with acne and eczema for a while now and I just noticed less inflammation in my skin and my eczema has been behaving since I have done the infrared sauna. I reckon it is indeed worth the try. I keep coming back for another session every 2 or 3 weeks and it feels good! Anna and the staffs havebeen really great and the facilities were nice and tidy.

I find the infrared bed and HIEMT machine very effective for my injured knee, resulting in a quick recovery. Additionally, Emily and Lilli are doing a fantastic job of making you feel understood and welcomed. I love Embod
