Lovely experience. Calm , relaxing and enjoyable. Everything was explained as we went along. Overall I would highly recommend this establishment. Good value for money and very pleased with the results.

Went for a skin consultation but Jess had already shared a lot of tips with me prior to this. I came away feeling relived that I finally know what is going on with my skin & a treatment plan in place. Thank you!

Good but was very hot in the studio and the top coat is a little patterned so not sure what happened there! Rose was excellent though and she did a great job thank you

Jess is so so knowledgeable and has been able to answer all my questions and address my skin concerns with a bespoke answer which we discussed in my first consultation. Very welcoming and lovely - She has also been really understanding and accommodating when needed to move an appointment time. I had a hydrafacial with dermaplanning and can’t believe how glowing my skin is. Can’t wait to go back. Couldn’t recommend more!!

Vikki is absolutely lovely. She gives excellent advice and always takes the time to listen carefully to any concerns. She is highly professional, and I always feel completely safe in her hands, which is so important when it comes to facial treatments. There aren't many people I would trust to put needles in my face, but Vikki is incredibly reassuring and knowledgeable. She explains everything clearly, puts you at ease, and you can tell she genuinely knows what she's talking about. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone considering treatment. Ellie is amazing, she’s so kind and she provides the best facials and really takes her time to explain the best facial options for you as well as which skincare products would work best for your skin. My skin has been transformed since I started 4-6 weekly facials with Ellie a year and a half ago. I’ve also started getting brown laminations with Ellie very recently and the results are incredible! I always look forward to my appointments with Ellie as her studio is so beautiful and calming, it feels more like a catch up with a friend!💗

Another amazing facial with Alicia, although facial doesn't cover the experience. It's lovely walking through those doors and completely relaxing and knowing that you'll be cared for both emotionally and physically.

I had my first microneedling treatment at Cydney Cosmetics and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Rhea was incredibly professional, friendly, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. She took the time to carry out a detailed initial consultation, answered all my questions, and explained each step of the procedure clearly. Throughout the treatment, she checked in with me and ensured I was comfortable, which I really appreciated. Excellent service from Ellie. I am very pleased with the results of my underarm laser hair removal. Ellie was highly professional - she always explained what would happen carefully.
