I had the Palm of Feronia facial with Olivia and it was truly the best way to spend a heatwave day in London. The treatment was tucked away in a cool, relaxing room with a beautiful energy. I had an ice tea to begin and Olivia finished with ice globes for extra cooling. A beautiful energy and thorough but relaxing experience - I left feeling lifted, glowing and a few hormonal spots I was struggling with feel much calmer and less inflamed today. A great reminder to slow down and take care of myself - can't recommend enough!

Lizzie, THank you for the introduction to the wonders of a Gua Sha massage in the Hackney venue. Really beneficial and a great boost for the circulation of the face, neck area. Nice, calming energy too, that creates a good balance for a Monday.

I could not recommend Cornell enough - he made me feel so comfortable and cared for, and the improvement of my lower leg injury after just one hour is incredible. I have never been to a physio before and had no expectations but have walked away feeling in a much better position, with tips and exercises too to maintain my recovery. I saw him in dr stretch in hackney, which was a really calming and private space and easy to find. 10/10 would recommend and a huge thank you to Cornell who was so lovely and supportive.

I had a physiotherapy consultation and treatment for my neck with Shahana, and I was really impressed. She is very knowledgeable, professional, and thorough in her assessment. She explained the cause of my neck pain clearly and provided effective hands-on treatment along with helpful exercises and posture advice. I felt listened to throughout the session, and there was noticeable relief afterwards. I highly recommend Shahana to anyone looking for expert physiotherapy for neck pain, stiffness, posture-related issues, or musculoskeletal rehabilitation.

Siân was so knowledgeable and welcoming, making my first ever Deep Phyto Peel a breeze! - yes, I went all in! She explained everything clearly and ensured I was comfortable throughout. The heated bed was an unexpected treat—I think I even dozed off a few times! The space was spotless, beautifully scented, and wonderfully cosy against the miserable London weather. I’m excited to see my results and start using my new products. I’ve already booked my follow-up Bespoke Facial. Highly recommend—Siân is amazing

Another lovely visit to my fave London clinic, this time to have my first ever skin peel. It was a lovely treatment, no discomfort whatsoever. Dr Katharine explained everything that she was doing along the way and I left feeling like I had a relaxing Facial! After just one treatment (and immediately after!) my skin feels smooth and clean, looks soo much brighter and my pores minimised! #glowing thank you!!!!

I had such a good experience at Fresh Face London this is my second time with them. Whitney was amazing she explained everything to me so clearly and took the time to make sure I understood each step of the process. She has also frequently checked in with me afterwards to see how my skin is doing, & quick to respond to any concerns or messages which I really appreciated. I felt looked after. I’ve already started to see improvement my skin feels smoother and looks more even, even at this early stage. Overall I’m really happy with my experience so far and excited to continue my treatments.

Had eye/face threads with Sarah today. I was really apprehensive & nervous but Sarah put me at ease and did a great job lifting my eyes up with absolutely no pain no down time I was in and out within the hour. Best cosmetic Nurse in London! Oz

Excellent experience at MG Osteopathy & Sports Injury Clinic. I went in for dry needling and massage therapy due to severe neck and shoulder pain with very limited neck mobility. When I arrived, my pain level was around 9/10, and my neck was constantly aching. After just one treatment session, my pain dropped to around 2/10. By the next day, my neck felt significantly looser, more mobile, and almost completely pain-free. Highly recommend MG Osteopathy if you’re looking for effective physiotherapy treatment, dry needling, or sports injury therapy for neck and shoulder pain.

I’ve visited many clinics in London, but the level of care here is a cut above. The senior therapist was incredibly skilled at balancing deep tissue pressure with relaxing flow. I walked out feeling both deeply relaxed and physically energised.

I’ve now had multiple sessions with David I originally came in with shoulder pain, and each session has been really helpful and well explained. David is professional, knowledgeable, and takes the time to make sure I understand why we’re doing certain exercises. I’ve already noticed improvement and feel confident in the plan moving forward. I’d highly recommend David to anyone dealing with shoulder pain or physio treatment in general.
