I had a back facial with Laura and it was fantastic. I have a few black spots on my back that are impossible to reach so I came to re:lax to start getting my back summer ready. Laura was lovely, she made me feel comfortable and gave me an amazing back, head and neck massage. The atmosphere of the salon is soothing and peaceful and it is located in a very cool spot in Hackney. I would definitively go back also for other treatments and I would recommend everyone to go too! Thank you!

I recently had a facial done by May and it was an absolutely amazing experience! From start to finish, everything felt relaxing, professional, and tailored to my skin’s needs. The treatment was gentle yet effective, and I noticed an immediate difference, my skin felt cleaner, brighter, and incredibly hydrated. The atmosphere was soothing, the products smelled wonderful, and every step was explained clearly so I knew exactly what was happening. I also appreciated the skincare tips given afterward; they were genuinely helpful and not pushy. Overall, it was one of the best facials I’ve had.

I have been coming to see Dr Katherine for over a year now and wouldn’t trust anyone else with my treatments. She is so warm and welcoming and will not do or suggest anything which is not of genuine benefit to you. She really does care for her patients and I couldn’t recommend her enough!

The best Botox I've had, it looks natural so I have some movements in all the right areas. I will definitely be having it again with Dr Katherine!
