I had a physiotherapy consultation and treatment for my neck with Shahana, and I was really impressed. She is very knowledgeable, professional, and thorough in her assessment. She explained the cause of my neck pain clearly and provided effective hands-on treatment along with helpful exercises and posture advice. Two months gap since visiting and in between was independently on a strengthening programme advised by the physio to overcome an injury. So I have been quite intense at the gym over that period. Tatiana's session server as much needed and wonderful reset. Body felt way lighter after and relaxed after the session, ready to resume training

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I have been a returning client of Alla’s for the past 4 years, and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my Botox treatments. Alla is incredibly professional, knowledgeable and skilled, and always takes the time to understand exactly what I want. I’m always so happy with the results — natural, refreshed and never overdone. Kevin is incredible! I've been doing physical therapy and fascia massages for almost 2 years with no real resolve. After my first session with Kevin I was able to get back to the gym and lifting! His ability to diagnose and treat is unmatched! Also super nice guy so it's always a great appointment!

Had a really great experience here in London. The massage was professional, relaxing, and exactly what I needed. The staff were welcoming, the atmosphere was calm and clean, and the therapist paid attention to the areas that needed the most work. I left feeling much lighter and refreshed afterwards. Definitely one of the better massage experiences I’ve had in London — highly recommended.
