I love getting ombre for my nails herr, Jeje and Janice always took very good care of me. Full body massage was also absolutely amazing. All the ladies are lovely and know what they're doing, great customer service so far starting with reception. Well done!

I had a fantastic experience with Gabi! From the moment I sat in the chair, it was clear that he genuinely cared about getting everything just right. He took the time to listen to what I wanted and offered helpful suggestions without being pushy. This was my first time visiting cloud spa, and I’m so glad I did! The whole experience was relaxing from start to finish. The atmosphere is peaceful and beautifully designed — you immediately feel taken care of. A special thank you to the lovely Rachel who did my hair — she was not only talented but also so kind, cute, and gentle. She made me feel completely comfortable and left my hair looking amazing! Nur was amazing. Her work is very precise and perfect. I absolutely loved my gel manicure and the nails look amazing. Definitely top notch I would recommend her to anyone who wants an immaculate gel manicure.

My daughter had her hair highlighted and we both had nail extensions and a French paint and gel pedicures and all our services were excellently done.
