It was a great experience and I truly appreciate Vincent’s work! He knew when I was at my pain barrier and worked around the muscles to help things loosen up before going back to the same spot. I’ve been having back/hip issues for along time and have been getting regular remedial massage to no avail. Today was my first session with Vincent as I needed to find someone new to get results, it definitely won’t be my last!

It’s a strange experience, but not unpleasant. I have a busy mind so found it hard to switch off but eventually I could let my body relax into the flotation. I left the lights on as it was my first time. Waiting to see how my very chronically stiff hip and shoulder will feel in a couple of days.
