Natural Palm Day Spa has a beautifully tranquil setting that relaxes you the moment you walk in. The staff are welcoming, great attention to detail and prioritise your comfort above all else. I had asked for a strong massage and the therapist's ability to locate and then release deep-seated muscle tension, even if the experience was somewhat intense, was much appreciated. Later that day, my muscles WERE a little sore, however, I had a fabulous night’s sleep that evening & felt absolutely awesome the next morning with no soreness remaining the following day! Fantastic experience! I had a massage with Claire and she was exceptional: extremely competent, professional, and with impeccable technique. The center is spotlessly clean and smells amazing—a very well-kept environment where you immediately feel at ease. I really appreciated the relaxing music and the fact that there was no outside noise, allowing for total relaxation. Claire was lovely and very welcoming throughout, even offering me a great tea at the end of the session. I will definitely be back! Highly recommended. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
