Natural Palm Day Spa Bali & Thai inspired decor really stood out. Palm has such great attention to detail in her space for her clients that you felt really well taken care of during the session. 100% recommend next time you're in Cairns. Such a beautiful experience from start to finish. I booked the 1-hour Focusing Massage with the Indian Head Massage & Hair Treatment, and it was exactly what I needed. The spa has such a peaceful, calming atmosphere, and my therapist (Palm is AMAZING!!) was absolutely wonderful. She listened to where I was holding tension and tailored the treatment perfectly. I left feeling completely relaxed, refreshed and genuinely looked after. Worth every cent, and I'll definitely be back the next time I'm in Cairns! Thank you, Palm!

Very relaxing. Not like the usual “busy” salons I have experienced in the past in Cairns. I felt like I was treated with dignity & respect. Every ingredient was explained to me. Sally was very thoughtful, asked me what tea I would like to drink during the foot spa session, & engaged in providing quality time with my feet, toes and lower limb massage. I will be returning to Serene Retreat when I am in Cairns again next. Serene Retreat is now my new chosen place of serenity for receiving an ultimate pedicure and massage.

My full body massage with Akiko at Healing Heart Massage. 💖 The whole experience was excellent — Akiko asked me at the start what areas i needed and she used the right pressure, and really tailored the massage to what my body needed. The massage room is clean, relaxing, and professional, which helped me feel comfortable from start to finish. The tension across my shoulders and hips felt much lighter and it released the tightness in my neck, back and legs. When i got up off the table I felt relaxed and no shoulder or hip pain. Such a beautiful and relaxing experience! The best sensory indulgence, with the most peaceful sounds, shoulder heat rest, warm towels on the legs and the perfect pressured warm oiled leg and foot massage. To add to this ,my feet were brought back from a dry and dull state, with lots of care and attention and the perfect French tipped painting. Vanni is such a lovely human and a true perfectionist !
