I had a great experience with Princess. So thorough, explaining the process from the beginning till the end, showed passion for what she is doing. She kept on asking for my opinion while preparing for the treatment in terms of the shape and colour of eyebrows until i was happy with what I was seeing in the mirror. Very gentle and ensuring that I was okay all the time.

Tanya is always on her game when it comes to manicures and my nails are always elegantly beautiful. Emma does a great job with pedicures and even if the French tips are done differently she always goes out of her way to correct it. Pleasant ladies as well.

Emma did my Soak off on my hands and feet aswell as a pedicure with gel polish. She was really professional and did a great job. Bongiwe as usual was so great skincare. I had Derma planing and microneedling done. Looking foward to seeing the long term results

My experience was good, however, my son and I booked appointments together and this was the 2nd time that I sat for 10 minutes waiting for Yolanda, while my son's pedicure already started. The same applied with our manicure. I have a loyalty card and it was 50% off. I was only given 50% off the cheapest treatment. Nowhere on the card, did it stipulate this. I was very disappointed. On my previous discount on the card, I received the proper percentage off my treatment.

Great nails everytime. Just a question: after the pedicure of manicure do we wash hands and feet? Or does it come as an extra charge? A glass of water or a water dispenser would create a great customer experience 🥰
