I found the nail tech that did my manicure to be experienced and very polite. She was attentive to my choices and carried out what I wanted her to do with ease i would however suggest a more qualified lady to attend to the reception area she was not very sure of herself and the manner she addressed questions was not professional. Service given to me 4 appearance of store 3 quality of service upfront 2
