I thought I had made a booking for Monday morning. I had a major chip in my gel polish (from somewhere else) and an important meeting. Despite me not properly making my booking, Lorraine was incredible at doing a quick patch while waiting for a client. She helped me book for the next day (today) at the same time and did a fantastic job with my nails. Not only does she have amazing attention to detail, but the conversations were wholesome and SO enjoyable at such an early time of the day! I actually started my Tuesday so joyfully! Thank you Lorraine! What a gem.

It's taken me a while to find a nail tech in JHB, and then I found Kristie 🤩 Her work is PHENOMENAL! The time and care which she takes to achieve perfection in her work (from the shape, to the application, to the art) is something which I really love! She is also just a gem to talk to, and her easy going, fun nature makes every appointment one to look forward to, and one which I walk away from feeling grateful for! Lovely staff, lovely place, the prices however are ridiculous. Consider having reasonably priced combos or even specials for returning client, as a returning customer, R400 for a gel soak off and gel manicure is crazy business, especially because I’m soaking off nails done by you a few weeks ago.

Mars is the best nail tech I've ever had, she does the most perfect polygel manicures, my nails are healthy and lovely, I haven't used tips or acrylic since the beginning of the year, and I will never go back. Thank you Mars, you're so talented and a beautiful soul! Oh and the receptionist, Natasha is so friendly and warm, I really enjoy coming to the salon and their professionalism. Keep it up ladies!

Mmabatho is the best I have had so far, she was very gentle especially with my sensitive cuticles. She paid very careful detail to the shape and made sure to check in often if I was happy and comfortable! Definitely coming back for a refill.
