Hannah is absolutely brilliant at what she does! I had Botox in three areas and was fantastic, no messing around just got on with the treatment but still super friendly and made me feel really comfortable. Would highly recommend her! I have been using service such as dark circles under eyes and botox since February 2024 and I still coming back to Hannah. Hannah is so professional and friendly. She has never try to suggest me to do what I don't need. Because she is well experienced in aesthetics treatments so she know the best area to injection for good results. I recently booked a haircut, wash, dry, and blow-dry along with a HydraFacial for my wife. She was extremely satisfied with the service provided by Neelam, who was both professional and attentive throughout. The staff were very welcoming and created a pleasant atmosphere from start to finish. Although we travelled from Shrewsbury, it was absolutely worth the drive to Birmingham. Highly recommended for their excellent service and warm hospitality.
