If you are thinking about it, just do it you will not regret your time spent with Jo. The attention to detail Jo has taken with the environment and provides to you is 10/10, it is the most relaxing clinic setting, it felt like being at a spa. I had microneedling and the experience felt levels above a couple of previous beauticians I have had which is a reputable clinic. I was made to feel comfortable, relaxed (though Jo offers more relaxing treatments) and as a mum with a little baby who hasn’t taken much self care for a while, I cannot wait for my next monthly treat to myself.

It was my first time coming here and initially I was nervous for what I had booked but I was totally put at ease and I felt really comfortable. I was told what my next steps could be , given really efficient aftercare and felt like I was in safe hands and I was even was booked in for a follow up which I really appreciate. I would so recommend coming here and have done so with my friends + family :) x

I had a classic facial with Shell and it was really relaxing. She was friendly and professional, and the treatment felt calm. My skin felt clean, soft, and refreshed afterwards. Great service.

I had the face sculpt treatment and WOW! Soo relaxing and just what was needed to relieve some tension. I would highly recommend Jo and this treatment!

I had a PRP vampire facial with Shell. She took my blood for the PRP, cleansed my face, and then applied the serum using microneedling. She was very friendly and explained each step of the process clearly. When I was leaving, she invited me to pop one of the salon balloons for a chance to win a prize. I was lucky enough to win a free classic facial, which I’m very grateful for. I’m looking forward to coming back in January to receive it.

The whole experience from start to finish was amazing. I’ve never felt so relaxed during a treatment. Jo really listened to my concerns about my skin and made me feel completely comfortable throughout. My skin feels incredible, and the massage was honestly the best I’ve ever had. It’s my 3rd treatment here. They are always professional and give an excellent service. I’ve had microneedling on my breasts again because last year’s session was so effective for lifting and tightening my skin. Very happy. Thank you.

Unreal experience. My first ever facial massage and wow. Never felt so relaxed. Every touch was intentional, the flow- absolutely flawless. So much love and care goes into these massages and it shows. After a few disappointing (very expensive) massages at luxury hotel chain spas, I can honestly say this today was the best I’ve ever had. The venue is absolutely stunning, so clean and fresh, even down to the bed sheets 🤣 they smelt absolutely divine! Thank you so so much. Xx
