Before we begin, she goes through the treatment plan with me so I know what we'll be doing, when, and why. On top of that, she's such a warm, kind, and welcoming person. I highly recommend her!

The most divine and relaxing facial!! Hannah really listened to all of my skin concerns, we had a good chat about what I wanted to achieve and she gave me some great advice moving forward..The clinic is immaculate, comfortable and relaxing..The calming music, the aftercare and my cup of cold lemon water were the icing on the cake, such attention to detail, and Hannah is just the sweetest..

If you are thinking about it, just do it you will not regret your time spent with Jo. The attention to detail Jo has taken with the environment and provides to you is 10/10, it is the most relaxing clinic setting, it felt like being at a spa. I had microneedling and the experience felt levels above a couple of previous beauticians I have had which is a reputable clinic. I was made to feel comfortable, relaxed (though Jo offers more relaxing treatments) and as a mum with a little baby who hasn’t taken much self care for a while, I cannot wait for my next monthly treat to myself.

Liz is absolutely amazing. She always makes you feel completely at ease and takes the time to explain everything properly, including what each treatment does and what to expect. She is warm, caring and genuinely lovely, and always takes the time to ask about life too. I love Hayley so much. I trust her to do the best for me. I had my nails done today - absolutely beautiful. Last visit I had a skin peel, my skin feels and looks wonderful.
