Liz is absolutely amazing. She always makes you feel completely at ease and takes the time to explain everything properly, including what each treatment does and what to expect. I had a PRP vampire facial with Shell. She took my blood for the PRP, cleansed my face, and then applied the serum using microneedling. She was very friendly and explained each step of the process clearly. When I was leaving, she invited me to pop one of the salon balloons for a chance to win a prize. I was lucky enough to win a free classic facial, which I’m very grateful for. I’m looking forward to coming back in January to receive it.

If you are thinking about it, just do it you will not regret your time spent with Jo. The attention to detail Jo has taken with the environment and provides to you is 10/10, it is the most relaxing clinic setting, it felt like being at a spa. I had microneedling and the experience felt levels above a couple of previous beauticians I have had which is a reputable clinic. I was made to feel comfortable, relaxed (though Jo offers more relaxing treatments) and as a mum with a little baby who hasn’t taken much self care for a while, I cannot wait for my next monthly treat to myself.

Natalia,  is always incredibly professional and takes the time to answer every question. She explains every step of the treatment clearly, making even the more complicated parts easy to understand. Before we begin, she goes through the treatment plan with me so I know what we'll be doing, when, and why. On top of that, she's such a warm, kind, and welcoming person. I highly recommend her!
