I had a deep cleanse facial with Esme & the extraction was thorough, my skin felt much cleaner. She also gave helpful skincare advice & the staff were accommodating with room preference and providing a fan when requested. However, the appointment started around 20 mins late (although they apologised) & lasted around 45 minutes despite being listed as 1 h 15 mins. There was initially no light used during extraction & the small lamp brought later still wasn’t very bright. The face mask was also only left for 5 mins. Overall, good for extraction results but less suited for a relaxing experience.

Leigh is an ultimate professional. Puts you at ease / calm through oils to start off with then works her magic. Lovely to talk to. So open and friendly. Soft but totally effective hands. Just a thoroughly enjoyable experience and far less knots, so ably relieved! So mellow / chilled this klutz somehow managed to trip on the steps upon leaving the gym (albeit at the gym for 1hr+ earlier in the day!)

I had such a wonderful experience at this nail and beauty salon! From the moment I arrived, the customer service was exceptional, and I was made to feel welcome and relaxed throughout my visit. I had a manicure, pedicure, eyebrow treatment, and a massage, and every treatment was carried out to the highest standard. Esme was absolutely amazing! Lee did both my little boy's hair and my daughter's. My son sat like a pro, no nerves there, and Lee was really calm and accommodating to him. And she listened to what my daughter wanted and even finished it off with a few plaits which is great for this hot weather. Thank you so much!

All staff lovely treatments fantastic only down side was spa pool not working and not enough chairs / lounge chairs to fully relax around pool area luckily weather was good and we could sit outside again would be nice to have lounger beds outside and inside especially when you book for a spa day
