I had a deep cleanse facial with Esme & the extraction was thorough, my skin felt much cleaner. She also gave helpful skincare advice & the staff were accommodating with room preference and providing a fan when requested. However, the appointment started around 20 mins late (although they apologised) & lasted around 45 minutes despite being listed as 1 h 15 mins. There was initially no light used during extraction & the small lamp brought later still wasn’t very bright. The face mask was also only left for 5 mins. Overall, good for extraction results but less suited for a relaxing experience.

Ella is such a great practitioner I travel 2 hours to get my lips topped up by her. She always takes her time when doing my dermal fillers and asks what look im going for. The only person to ever make my lips look symmetrical and plump with a natural look. Very good aftercare advise as well x

Although I was having waxing, it was relaxing and comfortable. Chanelle works quickly with great results. The rooms are clean and tidy and there is always pleasant music to listen to.

Got my lips done by this lovely lady with my mum earlier and we both love the results and are unbelievably happy, on top of that the lady was so friendly and welcoming talked us through everything and was just a honestly just a lovely person to chat to we ended up talking for ages about life ect by the time we had our lips done we was fully relaxed and ready , was giving little cute aftercare bags , would 100% recommend and will definitely go back ❤️
