I had a deep cleanse facial with Esme & the extraction was thorough, my skin felt much cleaner. She also gave helpful skincare advice & the staff were accommodating with room preference and providing a fan when requested. However, the appointment started around 20 mins late (although they apologised) & lasted around 45 minutes despite being listed as 1 h 15 mins. There was initially no light used during extraction & the small lamp brought later still wasn’t very bright. The face mask was also only left for 5 mins. Overall, good for extraction results but less suited for a relaxing experience.

So pleased with my beauty treatments by Channelle today. She did my eyebrow wax and tint with precision plus very pleased with my pedicure and full leg wax. I had such a wonderful experience at this nail and beauty salon! From the moment I arrived, the customer service was exceptional, and I was made to feel welcome and relaxed throughout my visit. I had a manicure, pedicure, eyebrow treatment, and a massage, and every treatment was carried out to the highest standard. Esme was absolutely amazing! She has hands of gold—so gentle, caring, and incredibly skilled. Her calm nature and smooth touch made the massage especially relaxing, and every treatment was done with such attention to detail. Always have an amazing experience with Jordan I’ve had a few appointments with her now having lymphatic massages for post tummy tuck and lipo and wow I feel incredible every time. I’ve just been on holiday for 8 days and I couldn’t wait to get back and see her feel so refreshed again. Always makes me feel so comfortable, she genuinely cares about your results and everything she does and it makes a huge difference to my experience. The care, knowledge, enjoyment and her amazing personality shines through ❤️

Lee did both my little boy's hair and my daughter's. My son sat like a pro, no nerves there, and Lee was really calm and accommodating to him. And she listened to what my daughter wanted and even finished it off with a few plaits which is great for this hot weather. Thank you so much!

This is only my second appointment with Jordan and she makes you feel so comfortable at all times. I’m having lymphatic drainage massages done as I’m 6 weeks post op from a FDL tummy tuck and wow do I feel amazing after these massages! My shape is amazing and I don’t feel as tight it is pure heaven. Jordan is very knowledgeable and has given me a lot of advice and recommendations that has helped me massively 10/10 would recommend her to anyone not just post surgery
