She used her expertise to make some executive decisions on lash styles and my lashes look both full, fluffy but natural. They also feel great. Such a nice self care exercise from start to finish! Best manicure & pedicure AND the best staff & service in Melbourne!! My bridesmaids and I visited Luminous Hair, Nail & Spa to get manipedis before my wedding and had the BEST time! Staff were so friendly and fun and we had great chats with all of them during our visit. Our nails look amazing too. Love the colours and the quality finish. I have a troublesome toenail which most salons aren’t attentive to but the staff here were so gentle. I can’t recommend this place highly enough! Thank you!!

I got classic full set with Alissa and couldn’t be happier. Alissa is kind and professional, she was very patient with me when my eyes wouldn’t stop watering and also explained the difference between different types of lashes very thoroughly. I have very sensitive eyes and have tried several lash salons around Melbourne, but this place is by far the most comfortable experience I’ve had in the city. YUKA is amazing – she is extremely attentive, gentle, and also very fast, which makes a huge difference. My eyes never feel irritated, and the lashes always turn out beautiful and natural after i’ve got set! Highly recommend this salon, especially YUKA, if you’re looking for comfort and quality.

Highly recommend Lyn for beautiful eyelash extensions. Lyn has been doing my lashes for a couple of years now since I moved from the UK. I had some previous bad experiences at other salons which made me anxious about trying to find a new regular technician in Melbourne but I hit gold with Lyn. Perfect lashes every time.

The communication was great regarding which style you wanted and they had prepared examples to show you how each style may look against your eye before you chose. Amazing, precise and neat application. Great isolation, great placement, not too much glue used. The retention was amazing. The booking system is great with Khloe. Consistent results each time. Great relaxing space and Khloe is friendly. I have since moved away from Melbourne. Highly recommend
