But everything started to change after I had a lovely conversation with Niki — I already felt a bit more uplifted and at ease.From the moment my hair colouring and cut began, I felt so relaxed and well taken care of. The whole experience was calming, professional, and genuinely enjoyable. And the result? Absolutely amazing! Visited the salon for the first time today, Absolutely spotless 🥰, My stylist Ana was amazing, she’s very knowledgeable and understanding about my hair needs in which past stylist haven’t really listened or seen my needs, its the first time in years I’ve left a salon feeling like a million dollars, definitely recommend this lovely amazing lady!!

I wanted something new for the new year and NIKO delivered. He worked with me to explain what would fit my face shape and fit in with my lifestyle. I can’t recommend NIKO enough, as well as making me feel amazing he boosts my confidence and really works with his clients to get amazing results. After being nominated by my cousin for one of the Random Acts of Kindness blow-dries, I had my appointment with Bethan yesterday and it was exactly what I needed. From start to finish, the whole experience felt like pure luxury. Bethan is incredibly warm and friendly, and the care she puts into everything she does really shines through. She made me feel completely looked after. I’d highly recommend booking a blow-dry with Bethan if you’re in need of a little pick-me-up. Sophia was excellent and really took the time and care to do my hair in the best way possible. I felt very well looked after. She really listened to what I wanted and went above and beyond my expectations. She styled my hair in a way that really suited my face shape and I really appreciated her taking the lead when I wasn’t sure exactly what I wanted. Definitely one of the best hair cuts I’ve ever had. I love coming to get my hair cut at No.4. The service is always wonderful, the salon is so nicely decorated, great taste in music, the coffee & the little treat are delicious and Kerys gives THE BEST head massages.

I spontaneously booked an appointment - on the day - at 8am, and was not only able to get in touch via social media to book straight in having seen an advertised slot become available, but all before Christmas too! I had about (10 inches) cut off according to Sophia and it looks lovely! The 10 minute head massage was just the icing 🧁 Lovely salon, lovely atmosphere, great coffee - and even a sweet treat 🍰

It was my first time to No4 hair salon today and it didnt disappoint . My hairdresser was Michele and she really listened to what I wanted and put so much care and attention to it. She was so Authentic thats what i loved. I walked in quite stressed with personal matters but walked out relaxed. All the staff seemed lovely I will definitely come back and I will recommend the salon to my friends.

After a few negative experiences at other salons over the last year, I was a bit apprehensive before my appointment. However, I am so glad that I trusted no4 and Kerys with my hair as I am completely in love with it! Kerys worked me with to establish exactly what I was after, she asked questions and made sure I was at complete ease. The salon is the most relaxing and comfortable salon I’ve ever been to, right from the moment you step through the door. You are completely looked after and I would recommend No4 to anyone. Thanks so much, I can’t wait to book again! X

Bethan was so lovely. I went in for a free wash and blowdry that I won with them and it was fantastic. They made me feel so welcome. A lovely bit of self care, given a drink and snack. Can't recommened this salon enough. Love my hair. Bethan took such care in doing a good job and because of this, I'm coming back next month for a colour service. Thanks ladies :)

I absolutely love this salon. I used to feel like going to the hairdressers was a bit of a chore, but going to this one definitely isn't. From the moment you walk in you feel welcomed and relaxed, it feels so easy and such an enjoyable experience. I feel like I've had some relaxing me time. Plus Emily is great at what she does. My hair looks and feels amazing. From now on I'm fully converted... i won't go anywhere else.

From the minute I stepped in the door I was greeted with such warmth. I had a blow dry & head massage with Michelle. She made me feel amazing, she was kind & chatted to me like an old friend. What you are doing with the salon is amazing, you are picking women up when they need it most. It’s not just a treatment it’s a time for just them & for self care which many including me don’t schedule time in for. Improving women’s mental health one blow dry & head massage at a time. Thank you so much my hair looks & smells incredible. My MH battery is also fully charged again 🩷

From the moment I walked in for my initial consultation, through to my appointment, I felt so welcomed and received nothing but friendly and honest advice from start to finish. I find it can be quite intimidating walking into a new salon, but I felt so relaxed and at ease from all the team at No4 from the very beginning until I left. Michelle listened to my concerns and went through my options in detail and explained everything in full. The salon has such a lovely feel to it and I am happy to say that I’ll be back for my next appointment. I can’t wait! Thanks all 💗
