I had my first Keratin today with Sophia. I have very frizzy hair and every day during this hot weather has been a ‘bad hair day’. Whilst I have had highlights and blow drys at No. 4 after a consultation with Sophia she assured me that I would be able to manage my hair much easier myself if I had a Keratin treatment. I can only say if your hair is frizzy or curly I can highly recommend you book your appointment. I feel like a new woman! A big thank you to Sophia!

Best experience as usual. My lashes lasted 3 weeks before a fill. Such lovely products, lashes are lightweight and Fay is just the kindest girl x

If I could give more stars I would. Over the past month Jess and Katie have given an outstanding service to help me navigate excessive hair shedding as my wedding approached. They both made me feel so welcome, listened, gave advice and made suggestions about colouring my hair and caring for it. Katie did my hair yesterday for my wedding and it was so much more than I thought it could ever be. It was beautiful and so many commented on how lovely it looked. I will be a regular at the salon. If you’re looking for a salon that provides excellent service look no further. Thank you both so much.

I have had the most amazing experience at my eye lash appointment with Fay! From the moment I arrived, Fay made me feel completely comfortable and relaxed. She took the time to discuss exactly what the treatment entailed and it was very clear from the onset that Fay is incredibly knowledgeable and particularly thorough with aftercare. Fay was excellent. It was the first time in years that I’d had a set of lashes, and didn’t have the best experience. I was put at ease by Fay and her attention to detail. Would recommend to anyone considering lashes!

Visited the salon for the first time today, Absolutely spotless 🥰, My stylist Ana was amazing, she’s very knowledgeable and understanding about my hair needs in which past stylist haven’t really listened or seen my needs, its the first time in years I’ve left a salon feeling like a million dollars, definitely recommend this lovely amazing lady!!

As always, Imelda was very friendly and efficient! I’m so pleased with the success of my treatments - firstly removal of a lot of skin tags on my neck which needed 2 sessions and I’m left without a single mark; secondly she has treated my facial thread veins, again great success (treatment took 2sessions for me). I highly recommend Imelda at Gaia!
