I’ve been looking for a new masseuse since moving to Sydney and Hannah far exceeded all of my expectations. The whole experience was completely serene from start to finish, which is often not the case with remedial massage. Hannah is incredibly talented and really helped to work out the knots in my back that were causing pain and tension headaches - have already booked in again for weekly sessions with her!

Aaron is deeply interested in healing what ails you. He listens intently and offers options for treatment. His hands on work is soothing and reassuringly confident and full of intention, and it feels great.

Thomas is one of the best massage therapists I’ve ever met. He checked in about pressure, focused on the tight spots I mentioned, and found problem areas I didn’t even realise I had. I left feeling balanced, relaxed, and pain-free. If you need someone who truly knows what they’re doing, Thomas is the one!

This was my second time seeing Sean. The first session was already very intense and extremely liberating. So for this second session, I really had no expectations, but it was even more intense. I had my first needling (with Exomes) today and the experience was so professional. Melanie explained the process to me in great detail which was painless. The clinic is beautiful, highly experienced staff and warm and welcoming atmosphere.

It was fantastic & Ju did a really great Job!!

Sean always finds the right spots to release tension and relieve pain.

Wonderful experience. I will be back for sure. I really enjoyed that Chris listened to my body and was able to help relieve pain in my back but was also in tune enough to notice my sore glutes and hips and to release them too.

I had one of the best sports massages I’ve ever had with Elizabeth. I came in with a really sore knee from running and could hardly walk when I came in , and I walked out of there feeling great and ready to run again. Definitely recommend

Hello! Kotori is an amazing therapist, she loosens the knots in my old man back with laser precision and power, she found pain on areas where i didnt know there was pain. She is like a super vitamin - teeny tiny but powerful. Highly recommended.
