I had a consultation with the lovely Margot. I wasn’t quite sure what I wanted or needed. All I knew was that I didn’t recognise myself in the mirror anymore. I’m so lucky to have been with Elias for over a year now, and would honestly not see anyone else. He is an extremely talented colourist, super attentive and caring towards his clients, and an absolute delight. Recently he completely transformed my hair from a low maintenance blonde to the most amazing copper after a really detailed and carefully curated consultation process. I was so impressed with his ability to perfectly (and I mean perfectly) colour match my skin tone to the best shade of copper for me. I had an amazing experience with my Thermage treatment. Jessica is incredibly skilled and professional, and her technique made the whole process much more comfortable than I expected. She explained everything clearly and paid close attention throughout the session, which made me feel completely at ease. Jessica is also such a gentle and caring person. She constantly checked in to make sure I was comfortable and patiently answered all of my questions. Her warm and friendly personality made the experience even better. The clinic itself is clean and welcoming as well.
