Rich was very professional and kind to my boy having his wart removed with cryotherapy He spent time explaining the procedure step by step which put my boy at ease Thankyou

I took my 10 year old for cryotherapy on his verucca. Ellie was lovely at Reception and Rich spent lots of time looking and talking my son through what they were and what he was going to do. He was very thorough and explained everything at every step! Even when my son was chewing his ear off! Would deffo recommend!
