It was good. The stylist was very gentle with my hair throughout the detangling, blow-drying, and braiding process, which is something I struggle to find in Accra. She also accommodated all my preferences (no gel, no oil, etc.). I’m really happy with how my hair turned out. I’ll be back!

I come to Enam’s Place when I’m in Ghana for summer vacation. I must say they never disappoint me. The staff is always nice and professional, my hair is always neat, and I never have to stay in the chair long. I just wished I lived in Ghana permanently so I can have them do all of my reties. The Spintex office didn't seem to know that I had made a reservation but they welcomed me anyway. Got my locs washed and tightened. The person tightening my locs checked in periodically to make sure that it was being too tight. They just need to make sure their location is aware of the bookings, especially during a day with heavy traffic. I would go back again!

Twist and Locs is excellent at handling natural hair. I have enjoyed the service thoroughly. As a person with extremely thick hair, I’ve had to endure the torture of traditional salons pulling at my roots and then telling me to perm or texturize. This has been the most bearable, and dare I say, most wonderful experience. As I speak, I’m induced by the sweet minty burn on my scalp and the scented of their conditioner in my twists. The fact that price is fixed beforehand is a plus for the kind of hair I have. And the staff are so fun. Mabel (my fellow Reggae fan) has such a soft touch.
