As always, a flawless experience with Ray. Today was a total remodel, going from very long to jaw length which was executed to perfection. Brilliant. Small, intimate salon with a friendly welcome. A great experience. The costumer service is the best I’ve ever experienced in Singapore when I got my hair done and wasn’t satisfied they offered to redo it without me having to pay extra and I was very pleased with the final results. Hi everyone. I’m an English speaker of an Asian decent, visited Tiong Bahru branch for a haircut only. My hair stylist was Akane san. Extremely pleased with my cut. Akane san was friendly, attentive and most importantly, she listened! I have particular requirements and goals to achieve with this visit, which could present challenges itself, however, I must say that I walked away with utmost content. The salon itself is spacious, clean, yet welcoming. Rest of the staff was sociable and helpful. All in all, high praises to Akane san and her team, looking forward to my next visit.

Ayumi was my stylist for today - welcome to Singapore! Thank you for being kind, patient and professional. Like the rest of the staff, there was no hard-selling and no small talk initiated (though i did so, of my own volition), which makes it a great environment for introverts like me.
