Feeling super refreshed and happy with my hair after my appointment with Alishia today. I showed her the inspo pic and explained my lifestyle so she could grasp what I needed and she totally nailed it - I never sit in the hairdressers chair and say “I literally love it” but today I did. She was so careful to explain what she was doing and discuss styling techniques and products. I went for quite a lot of length off and I wasn’t 100% sure I was going to do it until we discussed everything but I honestly have zero regrets. Thank you so much, Alishia!

Hair styling was excellent as usual but the salon was extremely cold and the water temperature fluctuated, never really getting hot enough. I hope the heating will be fixed before my next visit.

Really great experience for my seven year old daughter. Lucy explained everything at each stage and made her feel very grown up getting her hair cut and washed. Really pleased with the cut too. Would highly recommend.

Great service and haircut.

Really lovely stylist took the time to listen to understand exactly what I wanted, did a wonderful mini head massage whilst washing my hair (!) and was super accomodating restyling my hair again when I wasn't 100% happy (as I hadn't clearly explained the look I was going for).

Very good service. I am 100 percent pleased with my new hair cut. I give west One a 5 star rating. I will definitely come back to West One hairdressers the next time x 👍👍👍

Alissa was fantastic. This was my first time at your salon and I have never felt 100% about a hair cut. However, she did the most amazing job cutting and styling at the end. I loved it!

I always look forward to my hair appointment with Nicky, the welcome is warm & friendly, and the cup of tea & biscuits always enjoyable! Nicky always discusses my hairstyle, & recently suggested a change of style as my hair had grown to a suitable length. I am very happy with my new style...thank you Nicky!
